Mumbai: In the recently concluded Hospitality Leaders’ Industry Choice Awards, Mr Rishi Puri, Vice President, Lords Hotels & Resorts was unanimously voted as the ‘Operations Head Of The Year’. The awards platform best known for its unique voting process that empowers leaders from the industry to vote their choice has chosen to vote for Mr Puri for the third year in a row as the best Operations personnel in India. The parameters for the award category gauged the nominations based on leadership, industry acumen, trends forecasting and enterprise growth among others.
